1. Shipping Coverage

 

We provide shipping services to all physical street addresses within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Excluded Addresses:

  • PO Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

 

To ensure prompt and reliable delivery, we partner with established carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, selected for their proven track records of efficient transit and secure handling.

 

2. Shipping Times

 

Handing Time: 2–6 business days (production and quality control, after proof approval)

Transit Time: 3-6 business days (after production)

 

Carrier delays (weather/strikes) are beyond our control. Track updates via email tracking number.

 

3. Tracking & Delivery

 

Free tracking: Sent via email within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Address accuracy: No changes accepted after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses may incur reroute fees. Missed delivery: Contact FedEx/UPS/DHL directly for rescheduling.

 

 

4. Liability & Support

 

Delays: No refunds for carrier errors. File claims with FedEx/UPS/DHL directly.

 

Upgrades: Free shipping upgrades if delays caused by us (e.g., late dispatch).

5. Custom Items

 

Orders that include custom - printed graphics or made - to - order exhibits are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature. We recommend that you thoroughly review all design and order details before finalizing such orders.

 

6. Non - Custom Items

 

Non - custom items can be returned if they are in new, unused condition and still in their original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving the item. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective. 

 

7. Return request process

 

  1. Submit your request by email to service@quickshowdisplay.com
  2. In the subject line, please specify [Return Request] + order number.
  3. Attachments should include.
  • A photo of the product in its current condition (including the packaging).
  • Reason for return.

 

Unrequested return packages will be refused.

 

8. Manufacturing Defects

 

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please email us at service@quickshowdisplay.com within 3 days of receiving the product to report the issue. Be prepared to provide detailed information about the defect and, if possible, photos of the affected item.

9. Damage

 

If your product is damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, your shipment is insured by the carrier. We will assist you in filing the insurance claim. However, we do not automatically cover any expedited shipping charges for replacement products or repairs. Once a shipment is in the hands of a third - party shipper and the tracking information has been provided to you, it is your responsibility to monitor the shipment. If you have any concerns, please alert us immediately or within 1 business day of the expected delivery date.

 

10. Missing Items

 

If you are missing any items in your shipment or if part of your order was not delivered, please call 626-738-5912 within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive all items in your order.

 

11. Warranty Information

 

Almost all of our products come with a limited two-year warranty. For detailed warranty information specific to each product, please refer to the product description. In most cases, when making a warranty claim, we require photos of the item in question.

 

12. Order Change

 

For custom products, any changes to the order, such as shipping address, in - hand date, or product details, must be made before artwork approval. For stocked items, changes must be made before shipment. All order changes may be subject to additional charges or refunds, depending on the nature of the change. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before shipment. Please send your order change requests in writing to service@quickshowdisplay.com.

 

13. Order Cancel

 

Cancellations will only be accepted if the products have not been printed and/or shipped. To cancel an order, please send a written request to service@quickshowdisplay.com.
