Welcome to QuickShowDisplay (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

1.1 Eligibility

 

Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts. If acting on behalf of a business, you warrant authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

 

Account Creation: By registering, you confirm that all provided information (name, contact details, payment info) is accurate and complete.

 

1.2 Policy Updates

 

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Revised versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.

 

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

 

1.3 Termination

 

By Us: We may suspend/terminate your account without notice for:
Breaches of these Terms (e.g., fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, non-payment).
Repeated violations of user conduct rules.

 

By You: Close your account by emailing service@quickshowdisplay.com. We will process account closure within 5 business days, subject to outstanding order resolution.

 

2. Description of Services

 

2.1 What We Offer

 

Product Sales: Custom trade show displays (pop-up booths, tension fabric displays, tents, accessories) with customizable graphics, sizes, and finishes.

Design Support: Free design revisions and 3D previews for all orders (no hidden fees).

 

Logistics Services:

Free standard shipping to the continental U.S. (48 states).

Expedited shipping options and international shipping quotes available at checkout.

Customer Support: U.S.-based teams available daily 8 AM–5 PM PST for order assistance, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.

 

2.2 Service Limitations

 

Delivery timelines are contingent on artwork approval and carrier performance.

We reserve the right to modify service offerings or discontinue products at any time.

 

3. User Conduct & Restrictions

 

3.1 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

 

You agree not to:

Use our platform for illegal purposes (e.g., money laundering, copyright infringement).

Upload or distribute content that is harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our website without written consent.

 

Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with QuickShowDisplay.

 

3.2 Content Rights

 

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., design files, reviews). By sharing it with us, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for promotional purposes (e.g., case studies, testimonials).

 

Our Content: All trademarks, logos, and website content are our property. Unauthorized use (e.g., copying, modifying) is prohibited.

 

4. Orders, Payments, & Taxes

 

4.1 Order Placement & Pricing

 

Prices: Listed in USD, subject to change. Errors in pricing may be corrected; we reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled after 48 hours.

 

4.2 Payment Methods

 

Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers (for bulk orders).

Billing Accuracy: Ensure payment information is current. Failed payments may result in order delays or account suspension.

 

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

 

Free Shipping:

Applies to standard ground shipping for orders to the continental U.S. (48 states).
Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), and international addresses.

Non-Continental U.S. & International Orders:
Shipping quotes are provided at checkout, including applicable taxes, duties, and carrier fees.

 

You are responsible for all customs-related costs (import taxes, duties, brokerage fees) for international orders.

Carriers: We use FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Delivery delays due to carrier errors, customs processing, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) are not our liability.

 

4.4 Taxes

 

U.S. Orders:

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where we have a tax nexus.

Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid tax-exemption certificates at checkout. Retroactive claims for tax refunds will not be honored.

 

International Orders:

Prices exclude import taxes, duties, and local fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

We provide estimated taxes at checkout, but final amounts are determined by local customs authorities.

 

5. Product Descriptions & Warranty

 

5.1 Product Accuracy

 

While we strive for accurate descriptions, specifications, and images, minor discrepancies may occur. We are not liable for errors in color, size, or design due to screen variations or user-provided artwork.

 

5.2 Lifetime Warranty

 

Coverage:

Manufacturing defects in frames, fabrics, and hardware for the life of the product.

Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery for custom items and 7 days for standard items.

 

Exclusions:

Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading due to prolonged sun exposure).

 

Claims Process:

Submit a written claim to service@quickshowdisplay.com with photos of the defect and proof of purchase.

 

We will repair or replace defective items at no cost (shipping fees may apply for non-continental U.S. addresses).

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

6.1 Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)

 

Eligibility:

Unused products in original packaging, including all accessories, within 180 business days of delivery.

Returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, obtained by emailing service@quickshowdisplay.com.

 

Process:

Request an RMA within the eligibility window.

Ship items via tracked carrier (USPS not recommended; retain tracking proof).

Refunds are issued within 14 business days of inspection, minus a 15% processing fee (to cover restocking and administrative costs).

 

Exceptions:

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.

Returns missing packaging/accessories or showing signs of use may be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

6.2 Custom/Graphic Items

 

Non-Refundable: Custom products (e.g., personalized graphics, bespoke sizes) cannot be returned unless:

A design mismatch or manufacturing defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof.

 

We approve the claim after review (at our sole discretion).Artwork Approval: By approving a design proof, you acknowledge that errors in text, colors, or layouts are your responsibility.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1 Our Rights

 

All content on our site (logos, text, designs, photos) is our property or licensed for use and protected by copyright/trademark laws.

Do not use our intellectual property (e.g., logos, slogans) without written consent.

 

7.2 Your Rights

 

You retain ownership of your original content (e.g., artwork, reviews) but grant us permission to use it for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, testimonials) unless you specify otherwise.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

8.1 General Exclusions

 

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, missed trade show opportunities, reputational harm).

Delays or failures caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, pandemics).

User errors (e.g., incorrect shipping addresses, unauthorized account use, or design approval mistakes).

 

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Services and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or trade show success.

We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices.

 

8.3 Liability Cap

 

Our total liability for any claim, regardless of legal theory, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.

 

9. Governing Law & Disputes

 

9.1 Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

 

9.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions).
