Artwork Guideline

1. Templates

Use our product-specific templates, which include bleed areas, wrap zones, and margin guidelines.

Ensure all design elements stay within the safe viewing area to avoid cropping or misalignment.

2. Resolution

Minimum: 120 DPI at full graphic size.

Recommended: 300 DPI for sharp, high-quality prints.

3. Color Mode

Use CMYK color mode for all graphics (optimized for 4-color process printing to ensure accurate color reproduction).

4. File Preparation

  • Images/Text: Flatten all images and outline text (prevents font loss or layout shifts).
  • Color Matching: Provide Pantone colors for precise color requirements.
  • Fonts/Images: Embed fonts and images (no missing elements or broken links).

5. Safe Areas & Wrap Zones

Safe Areas: Follow template guidelines to keep critical design elements visible (no cropping during production).

Wrap Zones: If applicable, ensure graphics flow smoothly around the display for legibility and visual consistency.

6. Accepted File Formats

  • Preferred: PDF, AI, EPS (vector formats for scalability), PSD (flattened layers)
  • Accepted: TIFF, JPEG (300 DPI+), InDesign (include all linked assets)
  • Not Accepted: Canva files (export to accepted formats first)

7. Recommended Software

  • Adobe Illustrator (ideal for vector designs, use our templates directly).
  • Adobe Photoshop (for raster designs; match template resolution).
  • Adobe InDesign (set canvas to template dimensions; include all links).
  • Not Recommended: Canva, Microsoft Suite (lack precision for large-format prints).
